How do I place an order?

You can order through WhatsApp, Insta or FB.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time and also depend on the availability of the flowers.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time. While we do our best to accommodate requests, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Can I include a personalized message?

Yes! Every bouquet can include a complimentary personalized message card.

Can I customize a bouquet?

Absolutely! We can create a custom bouquet based on your preferred flowers, colors, style, and budget.

What if the flowers I ordered are unavailable?

If a specific flower is unavailable due to seasonal or supply issues, we will substitute it with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design.

What if my flowers arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 1 hours of delivery with clear photos of the flowers and packaging. We'll be happy to assist you with a suitable solution.

How long will my fresh flowers last?

With proper care, most fresh flowers last between 3–5 days.

How do I keep my flowers fresh longer?

  • Trim 1–2 cm off the stems at a 45° angle before placing them in a clean vase.
  • Fill the vase with fresh water and add the flower food provided.
  • Change the water every 2–3 days and retrim the stems.
  • Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, air conditioners, and ripening fruits.

Should I remove any leaves?

Yes. Remove any leaves that sit below the waterline to prevent bacteria from developing.

How often should I change the water?

Change the water every 2–3 days, or sooner if it becomes cloudy.

Can I refrigerate my flowers?

Yes, if possible. Store them in a cool place or refrigerator (away from fruits and vegetables) overnight to extend their freshness.

Where should I place my flowers?

Display them in a cool room and away from:

  • Direct sunlight
  • Heat sources
  • Fans and air conditioners
  • Ripening fruits (which release ethylene gas that speeds up aging)

Can I water flowers still wrapped in bouquet packaging?

For the best vase life, remove the wrapping, trim the stems, and place the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water and flower food as soon as possible.

Can I bring my own gift to be included in a flower bouquet?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own small gift to be incorporated into your flower bouquet. We can carefully arrange items such as soft toys, jewelry, perfume, chocolates, gift cards, or other small keepsakes as part of the bouquet design.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, changes or cancellations can be made before the order has been prepared.
A minimum notice of 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery is required to avoid charges, as fresh flowers are perishable.
