By placing an order with INNS DE FLORA, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Please ensure all order details, including the recipient's name, delivery address, contact number and message card are correct before checkout.

Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible if preparation has already begun.

 

PRICE & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice due to changes in market conditions, product availability, seasonal variations and other factors affecting our product prices.

All prices stated are exclusive of delivery fees.

Full payment is required before your order is processed.

 

FLOWER AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

Bouquet wrapping paper and ribbon colours are subject to change based on availability. Similar colours or materials will be used as substitutes.

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.

If a particular flower, foliage or wrapping material is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.

Product images are for reference only. As flowers are natural products, each arrangement is unique and may vary slightly in size, colour, and appearance.

Once the floral arrangement has been completed, no changes can be made. Any requests for changes after the arrangement has been completed, or while it is being prepared, may incur additional charges, subject to feasibility.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is available within our designated service areas.

Same-day delivery is available for selected arrangements and orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

While we strive to deliver within your requested time frame, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, courier availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY

If the recipient is unavailable, we may contact the recipient or sender to arrange a suitable delivery.

If a second delivery attempt is required due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

 

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Order cancellations or amendments must be requested before the order has been prepared or dispatched. A minimum notice of 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery is required to avoid charges, as fresh flowers are perishable.

Once preparation has begun or the order has been handed to the delivery rider, cancellations, refunds, or changes may not be possible.

 

REFUND & REPLACEMENTS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery and provide clear photos of the product for our review.

Eligible issues will be reviewed, and a replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided for issues resulting from incorrect delivery information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or improper flower care after delivery.

 

CUSTOMER - SUPPLIED GIFTS

Customers are welcome to provide a small gift to be incorporated into a flower bouquet. Gifts must be delivered to our shop before the bouquet is prepared.

We are not responsible for any damage to customer-supplied items during the arrangement process or delivery.

We reserve the right to decline items that are oversized, fragile, perishable, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for inclusion.

Additional charges may apply for custom bouquet design or special handling.

 

FORCE MAJEURE 

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil an order due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, strikes, or courier disruptions.

 

PRIVACY

Your personal information will be used solely for processing your order, arranging delivery, and providing customer support. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
